The Only Constant is Change and We are Ready
Last week, I had the privilege of working with CMHA Hastings Prince Edward, helping teams embrace change and use it to drive forward.
And here’s the truth—work, and the world, is changing, for all of us.
For ourselves, our families, our clients.
But let’s be real… hasn’t it always been?
For years, we’ve been navigating shift after shift, adapting, evolving, and figuring it out as we go. Change isn’t new—it’s just relentless. But here’s the good news: we already know how to handle it. We’ve been doing it all along.

Through change, the Canadian Mental Health Associations across this country do some of the most important work there is.
They support individuals and communities through uncertainty, crisis, and recovery—work that is always evolving. And through it all, they keep showing up.
So, as things continue to shift in the way we work, lead, and serve—let’s remember: we’re not starting from scratch. We are building on a foundation of resilience, adaptability, and purpose.
We’ve got this. 💙
