In Power Skills training we will go beyond soft skills to help up-level employees and ensure that they have the tools to bring efficiency and collaboration to the next level. Take our Power Skills certificate to empower you to share your unique abilities with the world while helping others show up at their best.

SAVE 83% ON YOUR TRAINING COSTS WITH THE CANADA-ONTARIO JOB GRANT
If you are in the private sector or not-for profit sector in Ontario, you can save 83% on your training costs!
The federal government has partnered with the province to offer the Canada Ontario Job Grant (COJG) for employment-related training. If your organization is based in Ontario, you can qualify for up to $10,000 per year, per employee, to help you offset most of your investment in professional development with Starfish Synergies Inc.
If your organization has less than 50 employees, its investment could be just 17% of the total cost of training. For organizations over 50 employees, the investment is a maximum of one-third the total cost. The government pays the rest.
Currently there are two programs we offer that can be supported by COJG:

- Certificate in Power Skills for the Future.
