UNCONSCIOUS BIAS AT WORK
Every workplace brings together people from different cultures, religions, backgrounds, life experience, ideas, and experiences. This can be your competitive edge. However, it can also lead to misunderstandings we don’t even realize we’re having. Hidden assumptions, stereotypes can result in unconscious biases and can have a negative impact on he we hire, promote, engage, make decisions and support the organization.
This interactive, eye-opening course helps participants uncover and understand the hidden biases that shape everyday decisions. Through our interactive, engaging and hands-on, course, participants learn what bias is, how bias works, where it comes from, and how to challenge it in a respectful way.
